STEP Student Training & Employment Program

STEP (Student Training and Employment Program) is now accepting employer applications for the 2017 STEP summer positions.
Closing date for employer applications is Friday, November 4, 2016.
Yukon employers can apply for wage subsidies to hire post-secondary students for summer jobs in career-related fields of study.

Trapper Training Workshops

Take the 4 ½-day training required to get a Yukon Trapping License.
Starting September 2, 2016 you can register at any Environment Yukon office or call 1-800-661-0408 x5652 to reserve your seat by credit card.
There are 12 seats available for each workshop.

The Watson Lake workshop is NOVEMBER 17, 18-21st at 2 Mile Hall.

Payment is required to reserve your seat.
The fee is $300 + GST.

Service Canada representatives will be in Watson Lake at the Yukon College Campus the following dates for all your Employment Insurance, SIN, as well as CPP and old age security needs
